We are the only One Stop Shop for consulting, laboratory testing, design and manufacture
of screws. Unique computer controlled manufacturing allows us to cut the screw dimensions
you need again and again. Our screws are available from 4140, Stainless Steels, corrosion
resistant Inconels, Monels, Hastelloy and tough wear resistant Tool steels. We even
fabricate screws out of plastic for specialty applications.
In house Plasma Transfer Arc welding allows us to rebuild your worn screws to OEM
specifications from wear resistant alloys like Colmonoy and Stellite.

Our screws are closely fitted to our barrels both dimensionally and materially. Scientific

SPR has developed unique computer software that can evaluate your existing die and find
ways to improve material flow. Scientific Process & Research, Inc. designs and
manufacture Coat-hanger, T-slot and Spiral mandrel dies for all applications. Have us
